Right of withdrawal

Under the applicable regulations, where the User enters a contract as a consumer, they may withdraw from the contract (except in certain cases established by legislation) and freely return or exchange a Product delivered at any time within a deadline of fourteen (14) calendar days as from the date that Product is delivered (the "Withdrawal Period").

Once the Product has been inspected for the purposes of compliance with the requirements established in the section c) below and where the User does not decide to make an exchange, MR. BOHO will refund the User for the amount they paid for the Product. The cost of the shipment of the returned Product back to MR.BOHO facilities will be assumed by the Users, but they will be entitled to select the shipping method they want.

Once the Withdrawal Period has ended, no Product exchanges or returns shall be accepted. Exchanges will only be accepted for Products that could have been defective under the provisions established in the section b) below.


Return or replacement of defective Products

Where the User believes the Product does not fit the specifications established for that Product, they must contact MR. BOHO immediately by sending email to the contract address info@mrboho.com providing the Product details, as well as information on the defect and whether they are opting to return the Product or replace it with an identical Product.

Users may return the Products by handing them, at their original place of delivery, to a courier that MR. BOHO will send or by their own means. Once the returned Product has been inspected, MR. BOHO will email the User, within a reasonable period, telling them whether the Product's return or replacement may go ahead (the "Return or Replacement Decision"). Where the decision is affirmative, the Product will be returned or replaced as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) calendar days as from the date on which the Return or Replacement Decision is sent.

Where the return or replacement proceeds, MR. BOHO will fully refund the User the price paid for the Product as well as the shipment costs. Where the User has opted to replace the Product, MR. BOHO will bear all Product shipment costs.


Common provisions for returns

Users must comply with the following requirements to exercise their right of withdrawal and to be able to return or have Products replaced:

• For the purposes of organising the Product's collection, Users must contact MR. BOHO in advance, by emailing the contract address info@mrboho.com;
• Users may confirm they are exercising the right of withdrawal by any legally acceptable means; in any case that right will be deemed to have been validly exercised by returning the Product;
• Products must be returned in the same condition that they were received in. MR. BOHO shall not refund any amount where the Product has been damaged, for which reason Users must be careful with the Product while it is in their possession; and
• Refunds will be made through the same payment method used by the User to pay for the Product.
