Purchasing process

Once your purchase is complete, after choosing your desired products, completing the checkout process and making your payment, you will receive a confirmation email at the indicated address, proof that the transaction was completed successfully.

If you do not receive said email and have doubts about whether your purchase was successful or not, please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help you.

Orders

Once your order is received, it will be processed as diligently as possible to meet the deadlines according to the chosen shipping method. Once the shipment leaves for its destination, you will receive a notification via SMS from the corresponding courier company providing you with information about the delivery. If the shipment does not arrive within the established period or you have questions about the status of your order, please contact us at [email protected] .

Any Customs costs associated with the delivery of the order, particularly in the case of orders outside the European Union, will be borne by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

a) Shipments

Once the Shipping Confirmation is sent, the Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the User when placing the Order within an approximate period of between one and seven (1-7) business days, except Saturdays and holidays, counting from the day of the purchase. We work hard so that you receive your MR.BOHO products as quickly as possible and in the best condition. *During the BLACK FRIDAY campaign this period may be extended due to the high volume of orders.

b) Changes

If the MR.BOHO product you receive does not completely satisfy your expectations and you want to exchange it for another, contact us at this email [email protected] , through which our customer service team will inform and advise you to solve it as soon as possible. . The period to proceed with the change is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the purchase. Exceptionally, purchases made from 11/24/2023 to 01/01/2024 will have an extended exchange period until 01/15/2024.

The Exchange process is free for the customer.

c) Returns

In the case of Returns, the costs of return shipping to our Warehouse must be assumed by the customer and will be deducted directly from the amount that will be returned after completing the process. The applicable charges depend on the destination of the order and are differentiated into two areas:

Spain - €4.50

International - €12.00
