Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, when the User contracts as a consumer, he/she may withdraw from the contract (except in certain cases established by law) and freely return or exchange a delivered Product at any time within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of said Product (the "Withdrawal Period").
Once the Product has been inspected for compliance with the requirements set out in section c) below and in the event that the User does not decide to make an exchange, MR. BOHO will refund the User the amount paid for the Product. The cost of shipping the Product back to MR.BOHO's facilities will be borne by the Users, although they will have the right to select the shipping method they wish.
Once the Withdrawal Period has ended, no exchanges or returns of Products will be accepted. Exchanges will only be accepted for Products that may have been defective in accordance with the provisions of section b) below.
Return or replacement of defective products
If the User considers that the Product does not comply with the specifications established for said Product, he/she must contact MR. BOHO immediately by sending an email to the contracting address info@mrboho.com providing the Product details, as well as information about the defect and whether he/she chooses to return the Product or replace it with an identical one.
Users may return the Products by delivering them, at their original place of delivery, to a courier sent by MR. BOHO or by their own means. Once the returned Product has been inspected, MR. BOHO will notify the User by email, within a reasonable period of time, whether the Product should be returned or replaced (the "Return or Replacement Decision"). When the decision is affirmative, the Product will be returned or replaced as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) calendar days following the date of sending the Return or Replacement Decision.
When a return or replacement is required, MR. BOHO will fully reimburse the User for the price paid for the Product as well as the shipping costs. When the User has opted to replace the Product, MR. BOHO will bear all the shipping costs for the Product.
